Returns and refunds
Due to the exclusive, one-of-a-kind nature of our handmade garments, we enforce a strict return policy to protect the integrity of our apparel. Please review our guidelines carefully before completing you purchase:
Custom Orders: There are absolutely no returns, no refunds, or exchanges on custom order garments. All custom orders are final sale, no exceptions period.
Altered garments: Any off-the-rach garment that has been altered to fit your specific measurements prior to shipping or after delivery is a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Standard off-the-rack (Un-Altered) Items: If you purchase a standard non-altered garment and it does not fit, it may be eligible for a return under the following strict conditions.
- 3-Day Notification; You must contact us within 3 day of deliver date, (tracked via shipping carrier) to request a return. Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.
- Pristine Condition: The garment must be completely unword, un-altered, clean, free of makeup, horse hair, or odors, and in its original packing with all the tags attached.
- Retun shipping: The buyer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of you returned item.
- Approval Notification: We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether your return has been approved or declined based on its condition.
- Refund Timeline: If approved your refund will be processed immediately. A ou credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card processor.
- Note on Shipping Fees: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your total.
Please measure before you buy! To ensure a flawless fit in the show ring, we strongly encourage you to contact us before purchasing. We are happy to provide exact garment measurements, review your personal measurements, and discuss whether there is room for future alterations to ensure the piece will work perfectly for you before you buy.
